In your Divine evolution you may reach a point every now and then where you feel whole and complete for a time. You have reached a plateau and integrated the new energy and information which you use for living from a divine higher frequency. Life is even grander than it was before and you are using your new powers for a greater purpose.
When you experience this point of completion and wholeness in integrating your mind body and spirit you can use this point as a springboard to leap into your next alchemical transformation
As I play with my consciousness creator buddies it seems to me that the process of evolution of ones consciousness often involves going outside the body to travel out to ecstatic experiences. Once you have mastered this then rather than seeking enlightenment by going outside your body, the next step has been to go deep inside your physicality and use it and your senses to connect with the light of higher consciousness.
Travel into your original innocent body with its perfect DNA blueprint. Gaze in awe at the way it operates. Compare it with your current body which has memories of all your 3d life stored in it and love it. Explore any symbolic metaphors and messages it has for you. Look for the positive meaning of any symptoms you are experiencing. Then transcend these and align with your perfect body using your senses not your mind to set the intention of your physical and spiritual evolution and union with the Divine You. Use the innate intelligence of this body to awaken your consciousness even further
Next, Go into your centre core to the place where very fire of your essence resides. Feel the toroidal energy being generated from your power centre going up into the earth, the cosmos then around and back up into your feet. Use this to send out whatever newness you are generating… the wisdom, gifts, whatever you have to share.
