No!  Life Doesn't Have to Be a Struggle

I feel really irritated when I read graphics on Facebook and Pinterest that say Life is  a struggle.  What!  Yes I admit it.  It sometimes pushes my buttons for a moment.  Then I think ... Oh I don't want to have that in my reality and ignore it.  But today in my video group the prompt was to do a video about an old adage we didn't believe.  So I decided to get into a high vibeing frequency and from a place of love, refute this belief.  Then refocus on what I imagine we all want.... ease and grace.

The idea behind this outdated belief is that you need to struggle to get ahead.  It takes hard work and you have to keep on trying and trying.  When indeed, you do need to take action when you want something but it can happen by aligning your frequency with the frequency of what you want.

For those of you who are new readers of this blog  here is  the process to activate your desires..

1. Take a deep breath in
2. Relax and let go of tension as you breathe out
3. Think of something or someplace that makes you feel blissful or extremely grateful since these are two of the highest frequencies possible in 3D living
4. Let go of the thought and keep the feeling expanding it so it resonates thru your whole body and out into your energy field
5. Set your intention for what you desire
6. Use all your senses to feel yourself with the desired outcome (not how you get it)
7. Let go of the desire
8. Be grateful that it is coming.

If you have been living a divine life for a longer period of time you can just be certain you are in a high vibration state and have the idea flow thru you, knowing that no lower vibration outcomes can occur since there is no vibrational resonance.

Isn't it grand to know that life can be lived with ease and grace as you choose what next fun thing you want to do or be?

Cultivate JOMO

You have probably heard the anacronym  FOMO or  fear of missing out.
When I first heard that term used I thought  “that’s not me.  I don’t mind missing out on social events.  In fact it’s probably not a problem for most introverts.”

Then I learned more and realized it could also include fear of missing out on things that upgrade our technology and further our careers   “Ok, so maybe it is relevant to me.” FOMO is causing people to have overwhelming anxiety and fear that they are not keeping up with their peers.  “No, I’m not worried about that.”

At some point I realized there is something I have a fear of missing out on and that’s a learning opportunity -- especially one that is about something new, sometimes obscure, that few people yet know about.  When I hear about a wonderful new program where I will learn a new strategy that will   be useful in expressing my passion; That is what hooks me.  Sometimes I end up do training that I may even use someday.  So is there something I need to do about my FOMO?

Well, this week I heard a new term that intrigued me JOMO . It stands for Joy of Missing Out.  Now here is something I can relate to.  It’s being promoted as an alternative for FOMO and involves enjoying the present moment, and being aware of the awesome things that are all around you.
You appreciate what you have, take a break from social media which fosters FOMO, and use your time to relax spending time with yourself.

It is what I’ve been advocating you do to live a higher conscious life.  Relish the simple pleasures you enjoy. Be mindful when you are doing every little thing.  Connect with nature and spend a few moments breathing in the oxygen from that tree that you are passing. Take time to BE not do.

So if someone entices you with an activity that may result in your endless regret if you bypass it, Remember:  You can tell them you’re going to chill and choose JOMO.
