ITS TIME TO PLAY IN DIVINE FREQUENCIES Again

I'm playing in divine frequencies this week, writing another chapter in my fantasy novel  with the working title  Beyond the Infinite Doorway.  One of my characters is playing with moving on the new earth matrix in and out of time and dimensions.

Its a beautiful  summer week, warm comfortable mornings with cloudless blue skies. It seems as if a lot of people in my complex are taking the traditional last week of July off to play... Even if you can't take a vacation, you can still fit in some play if you read on and see how to engage time.

I'm doing a lot of writing on my balcony and the synchronicities of nature abound to confirm the story that is flowing thru.

Monday Dragonfly who almost never flies up here suddenly appeared and hovered beside my goddess wood wind chimes as i was setting the scene for my Glastonbury sacred pilgrimage chapter and found a b&b from Soleira Greens gals do Glastonbury page. Since my character is going to experience a transcendent adventure it seemed appropriate that dragonflys symbol of illumination and wisdom bless the chapter.
Yesterday crow swooped by and then landed on a tree when my main character found an interdimensional tunnel under the tor that was the hiding place for the holy grail. When i googled Glastonbury merlin and crow i got the legend that king arthur had been turned into a crow instead of dying. I had to laugh with delight.

Today I noticed a new tree with a gorgeous flower unfolding .  I'm on the 4th floor, and when I last looked a week or so ago there was  black earth with no vegetation down below my balcony, so I was AWEmazed this morning at this new beautiful revelation

Rather than take myself out of the stories flow, I'm reposting a blog that encourages you to play with synchronicities and time.  Be sure and post what magical happenings grace your life as you open to the possibilities

You  can live a divine life by choosing to play in higher frequency states.

Experience peace, love, joy, order, balance, fulfillment, fun, serenity, calm, happiness, unconditional acceptance and more; know everything is all right in your world.  Some people call these higher 4th and 5th dimensional qualities.

In addition to explaining some of the ways your life will shift, I've also included tips to play with time.

When you live in higher vibrations you:

  • Sustain your conscious connection with the creator energy which I think of as divine
  • Expect synchronicities  - you may think that coincidences fill your days, but in reality its the universe lining up to give you what your desire.
  • Encounter no judgmental duality such as good/bad happy/sad: Your perceptions change, so you no longer vibrate at a frequency of judgment.  Its all part of the flow and you can wonder at the bigger picture
  •  Realize 3D lower vibe energies do not exist. There is no vibrational match to attract them
  •  Consciously play with time.  This is a fun practical result of playing in higher frequency.

How Do You Play with Time?
The first step is to notice how time expands when you are                         focused in the now. You have experienced shifts in timelines                     when:
  • You finish your work in “no time at all”;
  • Time drags when you’re bored;
  • Time flies when you’re having fun.

Next, be conscious and set the intension to play with                                     dimensional time;
  • ask the universe to get you somewhere at the perfect time when you’re running late,
  • ask to expand your time when you are working on a project or                     something you never have time for.
Then Relax and Allow.  That's it
Remember to Have No Expectations.  It is fun to see how the                       dance out of time will unfold. Everyone else may be late so that                   meeting you thought you were going to be late for doesn't start                     until after you get there.  Your deadline might be extended                           because of a snowstorm.  Just ask and be amazed.

As I asked what wanted to be shared today about living as the Divine You, I heard ‘Divine Understanding’.
When feeling for clarity, it felt as if I could offer a perspective about understanding the unsettling events occurring in the world from a higher frequency perspective.  I am compelled to first remind you that when you look at the big picture, these are isolated events and there are many more high frequency happenings occurring that are not brought to our attention.
I am fortunate that my Facebook feed has been “trained” to send almost all awesome good vibrations from across the globe.  I have designed my life so I only hear the media news every day or so on a local newsradio channel which gives brief headline type reports.  That way I don’t get caught up in the frenzy, despair and hopelessness the mainstream media thrive on generating, and can breathe and centre into holding the light for humanity.

Focus on the World You Desire
Remember that what we give our attention to continues.  So become the observer of humanity, detach from remembering and feeling unsettled as you read this.
I hope you will choose to focus with me, on knowing that the blip in chaotic events feels complete and more high vibeing awesome events are ready to manifest as a result of higher divine people like you sending your energy throughout the world.
Remember to connect with your highest divine self, look frequently at the beauty of the world around you, connect with it and breathe it in, and from that place of connection become the ALL THAT IS as you live as the Divine You.

Is Chaos Necessary to Shift to A Higher Way of Living?
There are a many higher conscious ways to perceive the chaos and dense frequencies erupting on the planet.  One I can relate to is that we create our reality and the illusion we live in.  Because we are creating a planetary shift and all life is transcending into higher frequency and divine living, any lower energies we have previously created are coming to light to be released and returned to a pure energy state.
Many higher conscious ‘lightworkers’ are working to transform or transcend the world and its inhabitants without angst or chaos. However it seems that the energy of the past weeks was still focused on having events to shock and awaken people by providing contrast between what they desire and the realization that they do not want to experience a lower vibration world any longer.
When in the past I saw life according to the paradigm of problems and solutions, I would use the concept of transmuting dense substance into pure energy in my healing practice; taking out what was causing ill health and asking my angelic helpers to transform it into higher light energy.  Now from a higher paradigm, I know in pure consciousness there are no problems or solutions, no need for healing or fixing.  Many people’s life is an illusion based on belief in separation, yet many are coming to know that we can choose our response from the highest conscious infinite awareness.

What About the Victims?
There is one perspective that I want to share that may help you if you do get sucked briefly into the muck and mire. It was one that I first learned after 9-11 from Jeshua Ben Joseph - Jesus as channelled by Judith Coates.  It allows me to reconsider any distress for those injured or killed in tragic events.   I was still fairly new to my spiritual path and Jeshua was a major influence in helping see the world thru divine perspecticles.  I still enjoy reading Jeshua’s monthly talks.  His latest evening in Orlando spoke again to this way of looking at distressing inhuman events.
This is my ‘perspective’ on his explanation with some additions that resonate for me.
When we are preparing to come into the world, we meet with our soul family and others with whom we will interact during our lifetime.  We make agreements that we will come together at certain points in different groups.
There may be one group who will come together just once for a major event that will make a huge difference and shift the world’s energy. Depending on the event, some of them will play the ‘bad guys’ and some the ‘victims’.  (Jeshua reminds us we are all in fact masters when we come here. We are assisting each other to awaken by taking on different roles.)

The group preparing does not know what this event will be, since free will affects how the world evolves. They agree they will just answer an intuitive call to gather together at the time when things are unfolding to create the opportune moment to make an impact.
In their human form they do not realize they have made this agreement or know that “this is it” when they are being called upon to carry out their agreed upon ‘destiny’.  They are part of a natural disaster or a man-made tragedy.  If as observers we take a big picture look at the event we may think from a transformational paradigm that everyone, even the perpetrators are ‘victims’.  From a higher paradigm we can see that they are all big players who’ve agreed to work toward making a difference in turning the world into a more divine place.
When they leave the body at the event they experience what they expect to happen when they die. By the way, this happens to us all when we make our transition.  If we are Christians, Jesus will meet us and enfold us in his warm loving peace, perhaps accompanied by Mother Mary or another saint. If we are Muslim we will begin to enjoy peace in our graves as we await judgement day unless we are a Warrior who dies fighting in the cause of God when we are ushered immediately to God's presence (Surah 2:159 and Surah 3:169); "The Garden" (Janna), is a place of physical and spiritual pleasure, with lofty mansions (39:20, 29:58-59), delicious food and drink (52:22, 52:19, 38:51), and virgin companions called houris (56:17-19, 52:24-25, 76:19,    If we are Hindu  and we  think  of God at the time of death we will go  straight to God. Those whose thoughts wander may have to pass though the realms of Yama to purify themselves.  If our soul realizes its true nature -- indistinguishable from the absolute godhead, we will achieve Brahman/God otherwise we will reincarnate.
Consider that since we are all ONE, we can experience each other’s reality as we wish to create it.  (It might be fun to intend to experience all positive beliefs about the immediate events after death).                    Once we have had that experience, the true Reality of the afterlife will occur.  That is beyond the scope of this article (and my absolute knowing :)  )

I hope that offers food for thought about the irrational recent happenings.  Perhaps you may wish to get into your highest divine frequency as the ALL THAT IS and contemplate what positive reframe comes to you regarding the disheartening events that have been occurring.     OR
KNOW that it is complete and choose mastery living in the divine reality you have created.

Consciously BEing AWE -  A Starting  Place.

 Consciously BEing AWE .
At the end of our Engaging with the Power of AWE Awefair closing ceremony zoom call, Carol Ann Ryan saw each of 7 billion plus humans receiving an AWE chocolate from a box of chocolates a la Forrest Gump..... with the message 'AWESOME is as AWESOME does'.
She put into words the phrase that had been hovering around me for a week.

But in addition to doing AWEsome things, the other part of experiencing Awe in your life is Being AWE.   How do you do that?  It’s more than being awesome.  If you reflect on how we are One Source Energy and unique aspects of the One Source, then the answer begins to reveal itself.

BEing is on the other end of the spectrum of doing.  It requires no effort.  It is living as the I AM presence.  Take a few moment to contemplate this if you unfamiliar with this concept and it doesn’t intuitively resonate.  Feel free to ask questions on the Divine You Facebook page.

A couple of aspects occurred to me as I got into the flow of Day 3’s theme of the AWEfair which was BE AWEsome.  The first was - How often do you want experience AWE, and the second was How can you shift from your current Awe Set Point?

How often do you want experience AWE?
The AWE Spectrum: As I’ve been sharing my passion for finding awe in the everyday with people who unwarily ask me what I’ve been doing lately,  I’ve found an interesting variety of perceptions of what Awe is and how they experience it..  It spreads across a range of Awe Occurrences from:
1. Rare Sublime Numinous AWE.
2. Biweekly Awe (Awe Project) and
3. Everyday Awe (Awe Principle)

1.  Perhaps the most common association with awe is the deep mystery, passion and wonder, the experiences that make life worth living. Albert Einstein said “The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.”

This is the AWE that Ruldolph Otto, theologian and philosopher from the 1920’s labeled as "the numinous mysterium-tremendum-et-fascinans: The spiritual overwhelming mystery and potent majesty before which man both trembles and is fascinated, charmed and attracted. The awe inspiring, transcendent…. experiences of grace and divine love. ….
The feeling of it may at times come sweeping like a gentle tide pervading the mind with a tranquil mood of deepest worship. It may pass over into a more set and lasting attitude of the soul, continuing, as it were, thrillingly vibrant and resonant, until at last it dies away and the soul resumes its “profane,” non-religious mood of everyday experience. . . .   it may be developed into something beautiful and pure and glorious. It may become the hushed, trembling, and speechless humility of the creature in the presence of—whom or what? In the presence of that which is a Mystery - inexpressible and above all creatures.”
That’s definitely an awe evoking description.

2.  There’s new research from the U of California Berkley’s Awe Project which suggests that people experience awe more commonly than would be generally expected.
Amie Gordon gathered people’s daily reports of awe for two weeks and found that it is surprisingly common in everyday living. Every third day, people feel that they are in the presence of something vast that they do not immediately comprehend. For example, seeing gold and red autumn leaves pirouette to the ground in a light wind; being moved by someone who stands up to injustice; and hearing music on a street corner at 2 AM all elicited such an experience. Intriguingly, each burst of daily awe predicted greater well-being and curiosity weeks later.http://www.slate.com/…/essays-and-op…/dacher-keltner-opinion

3.  Then there’s everyday awe. “The Awe Principle. ” I stumbled across this fascinating term that is a fairly close match to how I experience AWE. Craig Hatkoff asks “Can I find awe, wonder and enchantment in the most mundane things conceivable”? And yet I would add, by experiencing them as deeply AWE-full they cannot be mundane.
For me, it’s what I love experiencing as I go about my daily routine…. driving, writing for one of my three website blog posts and my fantasy novel, visiting my 95 year old mom who is thriving with dementia, creating consciousness with infinite humans, scrolling thru social media feeds.

Of course I have an intention to experience awe in everything and that’s what the Universe provides. Even though it’s an everyday occurrence, the feeling it engenders is still intense. My heart leaps and beats faster. My body feels as if it’s expanding. My senses are heightened. Colours become more intense, smells yummier, sounds sweeter. My eyes sometimes mist as I connect with the Oneness of the Creator and know I’ve co- created the ecstasy.

Soleria Green AWE inspiring author, coach and co-founder of the Visionary Network also lives in everyday awe. She describes her experience of AWE as a “daily ongoing excited, exhilarated, ultra state of heightened awareness, vibrant well-being, wonderful connection and rich appreciation of everything around me. It's a power for Life that courses through my veins and ripples into the reality around me. The more I'm in this state, the more awesome things seem to happen to me without any effort on my part.”

Another friend (who loves me even though I experience life from a more intuitive energetic perspective, less logical than she), surprised me a bit when she shared how she quietly finds awe in the flowers, sun and life around her. She said it was sad that many younger people who are focused on being materially successful and advancing in their careers miss out on seeing the awe in everyday life.

And my massage therapist coined an acronym for AWE.  Authentic White Energy, representing the true highest frequency experience as opposed to manufactured wanna-be awesome.

So there you have it. The AWE Spectrum. Of course you can flow from one part of the spectrum to another as you desire.  You can have it all, the three parts aren’t mutually exclusive.
There is quite a bit of fascinating research from students and faculty of respected institutions including University of California Awe Team at   Berkleys Greater Good Science Center and Stanford that indicate experiencing awe regularly is good for your physical, mental emotional and social/community health. 1-9** That’s why I’m advocating for ensuring you include finding and deeply feeling AWE in the everyday.

Do You Want to Re-set Your Awe Set Point?
You probably have an awe set point. A set point is a frequency or the point at which a variable such as awe tends to stabilize. Your awe set point establishes when you are notice something that will elicit an AWE response. So you may want to consider if you are happy with where your current set point is and decide what part of the AWE Spectrum you primarily wish to establish your AWE Set Point on.
If the idea of living by the AWE Principle (seeing the awe in the everyday commonplace) intrigues you, I think you can begin to live in the Awe flow easily and effortlessly.

Establishing a new Awe Set Point is like any habit:
1. Get into the highest conscious frequency of bliss or extreme gratitude.

2. Think of something that creates a feeling of awe in your body. If your cells don’t already respond immediately from their memory of awesome experiences, then expand and exaggerate the sense of awe until you are acutely aware of your particular body sensations. Ask your cell memory to embed this feeling deep within themselves.

3. Set an intention that you will be triggered to experience awe at an everyday, or more magnificent level based on the AWE spectrum.

4. Release that intention as an order to the universe just as if you were ordering from Sears or Amazon.

5. If you’d like to use more than one energetic paradigm to establish the habit,( i.e repeat the reminder frequently to your neural pathways until it becomes as routine as breathing)
  •  get a wide rubber band from a stationary store, write ‘AWE’ on it and wear it around your wrist. (You might want to sweet talk your postal worker, ...mine has a supply she wraps around the mail to keep it sorted.) AND/OR
  • set an awe chime on your phone.
When you look at the elastic band or hear the chime sound,  breathe and get into good AWE vibrations.
6. Expect Awe to leap out from behind tall bushes or surprise you when you least anticipate it. I’ve found that expectation is equally as important as intention.  And deep feeling is another key aspect to experiencing and BEing AWE.

There is more to Consciously BEing AWE, and it’s easy and effortless. Today’s blog is just a beginning point.  What would you add???
I hope you will choose to make Consciously BEing Awe part of your daily Divine You living practice.  I know everyone who engages with the Divine You Blog and Facebook page would be uplifted and energized by hearing your insights and experiences about any aspect of AWE.  So please share in the comments below or on The Divine U Facebook page

Shawn Achor describes in his book The Happiness Advantage, a recent scientific study showed that doctors who are put in a positive mood before making a diagnosis consistently experience significant boosts to their intellectual abilities than doctors in a neutral state, which allows them to make accurate diagnoses almost 20% faster.

Awe  For Everyone,  Everyday

In my last blog I wrote about Engaging the Power of Awe.

This month heralds the second anniversary of the Divine You Academy and this website. In that time I've realized that Awe is an absolutely essential component of divine living. I just added it as a benefit to Divine Living on the Welcome page.  In celebration of the anniversary and because I was so excited to discover you can get a PhD in AWE at U of California, Berkley  ( well psychology with your research focusing on AWE) ,  I decided to offer a facebook event.  You might say I was passionately aroused by a call to ensure everyone gets the message.  My cells were quivering and I just had to do something more with the possibilities this energy offered.  Suddenly it all came together.  I was writing about engaging with the power of awe, just after the Solstice and the  June full moon on the 20th  (also called a Honey moon hence June weddings  I was strongly guided to create a Facebook event an AWEfair where we Engaged with the Power of AWE for 7 days.  I hope you will click on this site to get inspiration for including AWE in your daily life.

One ways I encourage you to start is by including this practice in your day: Ensure you are in a blissfully high frequency state as soon as you wake up.  Then connect with All That IS everywhere you are and habitually watch for awe inspiring occurrences and vistas. This attracts enchanting experiences whenever you least expect it.

For example just yesterday as I was driving home I was caught by surprise and almost gasped out loud.  My heart expanded 3 sizes as I noticed the view of the sunlight reflecting off the greenest mountains which were enfolded in a slight haze.   The unexpectedness of it as I reached the crest of the hill ignited my awe at nature’s glorious exhibition. If I didn't have the intention to live by the awe principle and find awe and wonder all around me, I might have missed the opportunity to revel in the moment.   Awe, Wonder Glory and Delight-- Mystery, Curiosity and Discovery go hand in hand and unleash a Divine Experience of Life

There was so much exciting information I found when I began considering how to engage awe that I wanted to ensure you had access to just some of it.
One article I read suggested people are awe deprived.  Paul Piff and Dacher Keltner of Berkley University's Project Awe state "You could make the case that our culture today is awe-deprived. Adults spend more and more time working and commuting and less time outdoors and with other people". They went on to say "We believe that awe deprivation has had a hand in a broad societal shift that has been widely observed over the past 50 years: People have become more individualistic, more self-focused, more materialistic and less connected to others."
Well none of that for you on my watch!!!

I've organized this blog so you can choose whatever appeals to you from an enticing buffet of AWE-full delights.  First come quotes to inspire high vibes and wonder.  Next are some more practical "How To's" for incorporating Awe into your everyday reality.  You can go to the Facebook event page for more.

So get set to feel piloerection (the experience of your hair raising) and goosebumps or as I call them AWEbumps......(because they are so often the result of awe, that feeling of being in the presence of something vast that transcends our understanding of the world.)

 Quotes to Inspire Awe.

“Attention, if sudden and close, graduates into surprise; and this into astonishment; and this into stupefied amazement.”    Charles Darwin:

If you think of feelings you have when you are awed by something - for example, knowing that elements in your body trace to exploded stars - I call that a spiritual reaction, speaking of awe and majesty, where words fail you. Neil deGrasse Tyson

“Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the stars, and see yourself running with them.”
― Marcus Aurelius, Meditations

“The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and all science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed.”
― Albert Einstein

“The feeling of awed wonder that science can give us is one of the highest experiences of which the human psyche is capable. It is a deep aesthetic passion to rank with the finest that music and poetry can deliver. It is truly one of the things that make life worth living and it does so, if anything, more effectively if it convinces us that the time we have for living is quite finite.”
― Richard Dawkins, Unweaving the Rainbow: Science, Delusion and the Appetite for Wonder

But we can recapture that sense of having just tumbled out to life on a new world by looking at our own world in unfamiliar ways.”  ― Richard Dawkins, Unweaving the Rainbow: Science, Delusion and the Appetite for Wonder

“To have peace in our life we must honour our every MOMENT. Imagine living a full, meaningful and joyous life. Imagine miracles happening all around us. Imagine being filled with awe and gratitude each day, and laying down to sleep each night feeling peaceful and relaxed. We can, if we honour the sacred present in us and around us. Thus we make our lives collectively precious. Every moment is sacred! Being mindful of the sacredness of time encourages us and nurtures our awareness. By honouring every moment, even the “meaningless” ones, we make them sacred”
― Angie Karan

When we’re in a state of awe and wonder we usually aren’t thinking, we aren’t trying to figure it out.  We pause soften, expand our heart and feel and connect with it at some level  - Gina-Dianne Harding

How to Engage with the Power of AWE
Here are some more how to's- continued from the last blog...
1. Be Grateful
Gratitude bestows reverence, allowing us to encounter everyday epiphanies, those transcendent moments of awe that change forever how we experience life and the world. -John Milton

2. Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you.
Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe.  -Wayne Dyer

3.  Live by the 'awe principle.'
Ask yourself: Can I find awe, wonder and enchantment in the most mundane things conceivable? - Craig Hatkoff

4.   See yourself as an awesome being
Have an atmosphere of awe, and walk wonderingly, as if you  are amazed at being yourself.  - Walter Bagehot

5. “Don’t be impatient with yourself. Just be in awe.” -― Pat Rodegast

6. Play with AWE
Now that you  have established a relationship with AWE  from trying the last blog's  "how tos",  get playful:
  • When you speak or write, think of any words that have the awe sound and spell them using A W E   -  For example I am the chief consciousness AWEfficer of the Divine You AWEcademy
  • Be aware of what has you  g’AWEbsmacked  and share what makes you AWEstruck.   be  AWEmaZed at  how many expressions of awe there are..... or maybe not as we are all uniquely AWEtuned to the universal energy streaming in during this time.

7.  Experience yourself merge with awe as you become a  g’awed or g’awdess

8.  Choose activities to Elicit god bumps,  (awe bumps)
For example: Camping trips, picnics and midnight skies; Attendance  at arts events — live theater, museums and galleries;  collective rituals, celebration; live music and dance; visiting sacred sites.
In addition to setting the intentions,  expect to "experience more everyday awe, to actively seek out what gives you goose bumps, be it in looking at trees, stars, patterns of wind on water or the quotidian nobility of others — the teenage punk who gives up his seat on public transportation, the young child who explores the world in a state of wonder, the person who presses on against all odds.  - PAUL PIFF and DACHER KELTNER

9.  Know here and now - feel it deep within, that you are now living an unending awe marathon.  Seeing the world and multidimensions from an awe filled perspective where you find aspects awe in every situation

 10. Join me in my mission to Stamp out Awe Deprivation.
  • Set an intention and expect to experience awe in your daily divine life
  • When you notice an Awe tingle, stop and deeply feel and expand the AWE
  • See as a child (and respond as one whenever possible)
  • Respond to every call that excites your spirit
  • Make a committment to share awe and help others see awe in the everyday
