Sing  for your  supper

On the last post I shared the importance of movement as a tool to sustain your divine frequency.  Here is another mind body exercise which increases your vibration and strengthens higher conscious neural pathways and cell memory - It's singing!

Why Sing?
Singing uninhibitedly from your heart with joy and passion raises your frequency and level of  consciousness. When you are actualizing your desires from this place they flow easily and effortlessly.  You merely need a passing thought with no attachment and voila.  It shows up at the perfect time.  

So don't just sing for your supper!  Sing for anything you desire

If you are doing an activity that requires creativity and its flagging ... Sing!        
For example: Writing may flow more easily if you move or sing for a minute or two, with the intention of accessing your creative brain.  Singing shifts your focus in the same way as moving does.  You use the  creative side of your brain when you sing.

Singing or toning can do some very wild things.   Sometimes energy workers are guided to tone at  a certain vibrational  frequency which will break up stagnation in the body or bring an area of the body into a higher healthy vibe.  It's as if they are a crystal bowl.   In fact, since we are made up of water and minerals, both crystalline structures, we are crystal bowls.
 

Singing Do's and Don'ts
So in a minute you can actually practice while reading this blog.

But first some guidelines:
  1. Sing without criticizing yourself .  You may have a good voice so this isn’t a challenge, but still, even if you are a good singer stay out of your head. 
  2. Sing from your heart. Tom Kenyon, a channel for the Hathors and Mary Magdalene energy, has a CD called the Ghandarva Experience where he created a song to call in the Elohim (the angels whose job is to sing praises to God all day).  He wanted to call the Elohim in to chant gratitude to them  to thank them for what they do.  He said that the very high vibrational energy of gratitude is like candy to them.  But, he cautions,  if you get into your head and are thinking about the proper way to chant ohm they will know its not coming from your heart and the lower vibration energy will chase them away.
  3. So sing with passion.  Let the song fill your heart when you want to increase your vibes and move into even higher consciousness.
  4. Get into it as if you were a child again.  Have fun.  Sing nursery rhymes. Something bouncy. "This old man he played one, he played knick knack on a drum;  two on his shoe; three on his knee; four on the floor".  Maybe you have a grandparent or relative from another country who sang songs to you. Sing those songs.  
  5. Perhaps you love opera or classical music.  The Hallelujah Chorus  raises my vibration because I find it so exhilarating.  Put on a CD, or search on you tube for your favorite music and sing along. 
So SING NOW for a Minute.  Take a deep breath even if you just sing a note. Have fun doing it. 

Make Up a Silly Song
Next, I want you to make up a song,
This is something I’ve gotten quite good at. When my Siamese cat, Sugar was alive she'd urge me to go to bed when she thought I was staying up and disturbing her night fun.  She sounded as if she was scolding me so I made up a nonsense song and she quieted down. Sometimes I sang for five minutes so I  could finish off what I was doing on the computer and sometimes she settled down so I could work longer.

Now I make up songs when I want to have something happen, singing about what my life is like as if its already there. It's more entertaining than listening to the radio sometimes.  
I also make up silly songs when I'm with my mom who has Altzheimers, She can tell by the look on my face and my accompanying movements that I'm being silly and it shifts her out of worry and we have fun together.

 Go ahead and make up a song.  Knock your socks off.  Don't worry about being in tune or words rhyming, just have fun!!!

 A Mystical Experience
Discover your song: Your universal song that is your essence.
One way to do this is too go into a deep meditative state, focus on an object like a candle flame or a crystal ball or a bowl of water with a dark bottom.  Alternately, you can do it  when you are in deeply relaxed state with no mind chatter.  Ask to hear your song.  Don't have any expectation about how it will come to you.   It took me an afternoon to get mine.  It comes quickly for some people and it takes several sessions for others.

How will you know if it is your song?  It will feel so right, your body will respond and your heart will expand. You might tingle, you might cry.  You'll know.  
Sing it to yourself several times when it comes through.  I had a limiting belief at the time I got my song, that I had a poor memory.  I remembered my song even if months went buy before I thought of it.

  I was guided to share a way to go into the void where everything is created.   
The process is: Breathe, relax, Remember bliss, then connect to divine universal energy. Set your intention to receive your song. You  may get words, pictures, colours with it.
​Focus on a candle flame or crystal ball with inclusions. Soften your Focus look past the object so it isn't really clear. Look at the whole and notice the rainbows and look for images in the ball. Then listen. The ball below can give you something to look at, but if it doesn't work, I suggest the real thing.

Move, Write,  Yodel;  Fun ways  to maintain Highest consciousness

One of the most enjoyable ways to sustain your Divine high frequency is to move.  I definitely recommend moving even if you are in high vibration to increase it even more.  Dance, Move, Hug, Yodel!  These will help increase or sustain your higher vibration habits and beliefs.  

Once in a while people who have been on their divine path for some time.....Consciously advanced people ... find that there are still one or two lower density situations that still come up from time to time.  Movement is even handier as a tool to have in your back pocket then. 

Its likely that you have followed the traditional spiritual growth journey in the old pre 2012 energy:  
letting go of old beliefs and habits, feeling sure you have let go, not focusing on them, surrendering lower density energy to the universe      

But I'm sure you've noticed how much more freedom we have in the last few years.  We don't need to work on a process.  Great outcomes just happen when we go with the flow, without particular goals or action plans.  When people say they still have the same issues come up, I tell them "Relax..... Its just a dense old program surfacing that needs to be uninstalled.  You really don't need to examine it.  
As a Divine Being its important not to think of it in terms of problem and solution.  See what fantastic opportunity its pointing you too.  Get into the highest conscious awareness you can and see it from there.  

 You may quickly reflect without feeling or judgement on whether a situation is returning because you did not love it when you were in it or when you were letting go.  Remember If you want a new job because you dislike your job, you likely won’t get it  even if you use all the manifestation skills you know.  You have to find something about your job you truly love so you can be in higher vibration at work.  Then you will easily attract a vibrational match.... a higher vibration job!  Or you might be called to do something entirely different like many of my friends who are becoming digital nomads..... living in different places in the world and doing what they love remotely.   

There are occasionally times when consciously aware people move into lower vibration.  The benefit to living most often in higher vibration consciousness is that they understand from their past experience in the older energy, the metaphysical aspects and the universal laws. They  know they create their reality and the possible reasons they are reacting to their situation. They know that feeling their emotions is essential and they allow what needs to happen to occur.  They have also learned more self love, and don’t beat themselves up when they are in a lower vibration.  Since they are accustomed to feeling the excitement, well being and verve of living in high vibration despite whatever chaos is going on around them they move back into higher frequency much more quickly than a less experienced person.  They just remember their new vibrational set point of bliss and the wonder of the world around them.  

One way to make the shift back is to move.   
 
Movement is a tool
If you find yourself experiencing  a dense recurring issue or life situation.... move.  Focus on something else. Change your position; walk around the room, into another room; dance, twirl. The result is an instant shift to a higher frequency. It also opens the heart, which makes it easier to move into higher-conscious awareness.

As I have mentioned in other blog posts,  your nervous system runs in habitual, well-worn patterns called neural pathways. When you change your response a new path forms.  This is sometimes referred to as rewiring your brain.  
I have heard it said that to increase your vibration you need to activate the right brain, which is responsible for creative thinking, as well as your heart space.
Writing is one body-mind activity that creates new neural pathways to establish and integrate higher vibration beliefs more quickly. It's moving your body in a specific way.  Singing and freestyle movement are two other activities which dramatically increase one’s vibration and shift one’s focus.  All these activities can act as portals to the intuitive right brain. One of my great consciousness creator friends Becky Brittain who teaches university courses, also uses authentic movement in her coaching practice

So to recap: Cell memory is created, enhanced and embedded through the focus of your energy and by writing, singing, dancing or other body-mind activities. Once your cells hold the memories of freedom, vitality, love, joy and peace, which you experience in higher-conscious reality, you can choose to call up these feelings at any time. These techniques have worked for me, and a number of friends and colleagues who have been in situations lately where they would have been really anxious and despairing without knowing their Divine Self. Now they have a deep inner sense of certainty that everything will be alright. They are expanding into their divine brilliance even more as they tune into the wonder of creation in every moment. 


Practice
If you want some direction for conscious playful movement, here goes.  

Breathe, and relax -- feel your muscles get heavy. Let your body be heavy with relaxation  just like you learned to do in the last blog.

Start to move slowly, gently swaying

Now move however your body wants you to. You might feel like stretching or twirling, whatever you are feeling intuitively.
You could even ask your body how it wants to move, and if you don’t trust your intuition yet, imagine what your body is saying.   

After a couple of minutes, march in place.   How does that compare?  Have your vibrations shifted from the movement you were doing before?

Now twirl around.  You can do this very slowly if  you are prone to
dizziness or poor balance.
Sufi’s who twirl go into a trancelike ecstasy from the movement they do. There is a song, by a metaphysical singer I love.  Her Name is Kirtania.  One line goes “Now I know why the Sufi’s whirl, it’s very hard to rest.  With all this love burning inside my chest”

Now move as if you were a king or queen or head of state.  Does that seem funny or ironic?  Movement and laughter have synchronistic effects on your vibration

Walk eagerly over to something in your room that you haven’t taken the time to appreciate for a while.  Check in with your physical mental emotional and spiritual status. Be aware of your vibrational level. This is a good way to clear your home of things you are no longer a vibrational match for. 

Now saunter over to a window and enjoy the view Connect with something outside say hello by sending it energy.  Feel it return the energy.

Return to your original spot and take a deep breath. Relax anything that became tense. Open your eyes if they were closed.


HomePlay
Consciously think about your movement 3 times today and check in to observe if your vibes change. Then continue practicing daily so you can call this high frequency up from your memory when you’re in a situation where it would be unusual if you up and started to move.

Transform or Transcend?

 When I birthed the Divine U Academy 2 years ago, one of the benefits I described in living as the Divine You was transformation.  Here's how I described it:
TRANSFORMATION:  You do what you really care about deep in your heart.  Operating from there, uplifts your energy, transforms your soul, and can help you and humanity shift into higher conscious beliefs and actions.

Energy of course always continues to evolve, and I believe we are now even going beyond evolution, making leaps and superceding our previous selves.  We are choosing different ways of being and interacting with Life and with energy and some other substance that is not energy, but informs our life.   But more on that in future blogs....

As I have been writing my new fantasy novel, I have been discovering that my highly conscious characters have already experienced transformation many times and are now energetically transcending the life they have led as spiritually and metaphysically aware beings to receive even greater gifts and abilities.  

And as always, Life imitates art or vice versa.  In my observations, my colleagues and friends in my consciousness creation group are also transcending their exceptional beingness and becoming the vast expression of the limitless possibilities  we have chosen to become for however long it serves us.  Then we can choose from an infinite source for our next iteration of ourselves.  
The way transcendent living plays out in our lives is similar.  One of my buddies calls it an enchantment bubble.  We have noticed that no matter what is going on in our lives, from having to find new homes, to having loved ones who are seen as critically ill by the illness system, or even making their transitions, we still respond from a high frequency state, grow even more powerfully alive and see the wonder of life in every experience.   Another friend says she feels as if she's a holographic imprint on the earth plane.  

What is Transcendence?
You can choose to transcend your current Divine expression and create an even more fantastic fulfilling life if you wish to play with transcension.

So what do I mean?   While transformation implies a major shift in form, nature, or function from ordinary human to divine human for example, 
when I consider transcension it entails exceeding or passing beyond the limits of humanity.  

It takes us to the realization that as creators we have become as gods. "We are Infinite Consciousness being Conscious of itself". "You are the same as your Source. You are God. Because you come from God, you cannot be anything but God".  Jason Silva, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and many others have recognized this.  My consciousness creation group has been discussing how we live as gods for a couple of years at least.   

"TRANSCENDENCE refers to the aspect of a god's nature and power which is wholly independent of the material universe, beyond all physical laws. Transcendence can be attributed to the divine not only in its being, but also in its knowledge. Thus, a god may transcend both the universe and knowledge" that many have believed is beyond the grasp of the human mind. (wikipedia)

When you live a transcendent divine life you supersede the awemazing life you have already been living and trust in the impossible, in the miraculous, in the fantastical options that you have never conceived of. See yourself in your god form.  Get to know it.  Then from that state of beingness  you create new possibilities by intending and knowing that they will come to you as you follow synchronistic events .  It may happen past the last minute in some cases.  You do not have to understand how it works.  Just follow your heart and your gut as a powerful vast infinite godbeing  and let it go.  There are no need for affirmations or visualizations really.  It is an instantaneous creation and working at creating what you desire often gets in the way.  

Take what you know as a Divine Human, all the energy of your studies, practices and comprehensive knowing, add your god-potency, condense it into a single powerful burst and release it.  Thats it.  Then continue to live in the enchantment bubble in whatever divine reality calls to you and enjoy the wellbeing and fulfillment of your transcendent life.

Ideas for Supporting Friends  Who have lost Children or Mothers  on Mother's Day.

This weekend is Mother’s Day in Canada and the USA.  There are so many possibilities to explore this from a divine living perspective. 
However, my thoughts and feelings have been drawn to people whose mothers have made their transition, and even more so to mothers whose children have passed from this world or are alive but estranged. No matter how long it's been they remember and may wonder what might have been if their child was still here. 

From a human perspective I think most people would agree this is the greatest tragedy a mother faces, and my heart hurts for my friends whose children have passed in their teenage and early adult years.  I have others whose adult children are no longer involved in their lives for a variety of reasons.  These friends hearts break when they see Mother’s Day promotions. 

My own mother has Alzheimer’s.  Initially I grieved for the person she had been, but thanks to choosing to see it from a different perspective, I now enjoy the simple pleasures she gets from her food, my visits, the resident  birds and her talking interactive toy dog, Violet. 

So I wondered, what can we do as our Divine Selves to support our friends who may find Mother’s Day or any holiday, birthday or anniversary a challenging day because they have a loved one who passed or is estranged?

There are as many ways to approach this as there are unique people experiencing it.  But there are a few things that might help.  Check in and ensure you are in your highest frequency, connected to the Divine You and All That IS, as you read this.  

1st It helps if you get clear on your own beliefs about life and death. 
From a higher conscious perspective, I believe that our consciousness never dies, that our essence continues to exist.  From there I can’t be sure what occurs.  Perhaps we can choose to reincarnate, or live in a different form elsewhere in the Omniverse.  Maybe we spend time in heaven we created for a while.
I believe anything is possible, but from what I have been experiencing with my friends and my father who passed, we go into a different plane when we leave this body to continue great work from “the other side,” which is now easily accessible from a transcendent state.  
I personally don’t recall ever having a fear of dying myself.  Death is just a continuation of how I approach life: I’m curious to find out “What’s more?”

But whatever happens, this notion of continuing on infinitely is what removes any fear for a person who chooses a higher conscious life.
 
It also helps to have the experience of connecting with a person or pet who has passed.  People may just get a thought about the person, feel their presence, or smell their pipe tobacco or perfume, or another scent they associate with a person.  They may see an animal or bird that reminds you of the loved one.  I like to think that person is communicating to us.  Other people have more detailed images or messages.  In the past from my nursing studies, I thought it was just part of the grieving process, like old habits of setting the table for the one who passed, but now I choose to believe otherwise. Whichever you choose to believe, if you have thought about this you are more likely to reassure your grieving friend they aren’t going crazy. 

If it’s a situation where the family is estranged, look for the highest good in the situation.  It is healthier to live without the drama and trauma than with the stress of a toxic relationship. It takes courage to do so.

2nd  Of course, when you want to support someone whose lost their child  or their mother thru death or estrangement It goes without saying …… Don’t force your beliefs on them. 
It may not even be appropriate to share your beliefs.  But just knowing your own feelings and connecting with the highest frequency of infinite peace and love will assist you in coming from a place of caring and compassion.

3rd   Depending on the person, you may wish to make a general comment like “This can be a difficult time of year…. How are you doing?”  Or you could be more direct, “ I’ve been thinking about you and want you to know I’d like to spend time with you around this mother's day.”
Offer to take your friend out for coffee, or a walk. Then just listen and honour their wishes if they want to talk about their loss or focus on enjoying your visit.  You can ask them which they’d prefer.

 In my experience as a public health nurse who used to visit grieving clients, they'd confide that people who interacted with them had an expectation that after a few months they should get on with their life.   Their visitors feel uncomfortable talking about the person who passed, thinking it would make the grief worse.  So there was no one to talk to, no opportunity to reminisce about the loved one, to share positive or not so positive feelings and memories.
It can be a huge relief for your friend to be able to share with you. You can be a safe place where they can express their sadness, anger, fear, pain, hurt, regrets, rejection and confusion or just remember the good times.   
 
If you feel overwhelmed take a deep breath get in touch with your highest frequency. Remember this isn’t about you and don’t take on their feelings. As a Divine being you can see your friend in their highest greatest being and brilliance.  Remember and feel their strength, courage and ability.  After all they have gotten thru this on other special days. 
 
You don’t have to know what to say.  It’s fine to say “I’m sorry you’re hurting and I don’t know what to say.”  Silences are fine. It’s ok for you to cry.  You are not a therapist. They don’t need to be fixed. 
If your friend cries, don’t try to placate them or get them to stop.  I don’t even offer a tissue. I’ve found it interrupts their process.  Touch is important, so if it feels appropriate, place your hand on their arm or give them a hug, when they seem to have finished, but not before.    I have found it helpful in many cases to tell them that you admire their strength and courage and that you have faith that they will get thru this.
 
4th I suppose most people are familiar with the 7 stages of grief.   Holiday’s birthdays and anniversaries of death may trigger a stage of grief for years after, especially when a child passes.  So it’s not a surprise that your friend may re-experience their rollercoaster ride. 
But you don’t need to expect that. Each person has their own pace of getting on with life and their own perception of the event and the hereafter.  You can draw from your own experience as a Divine Being. Even if you believe a person you love is in a better place and you connect with their essence and spirit there, you may still remember times when the person was alive and miss them.  But  that  may be a pointer for you to   connect and communicate with them in whatever form they are now.   

5th If it’s appropriate you may want to ask your friend what they think happens to someone when they pass.  This opens up the conversation. 
IF they ask you what you think, you can offer your perspective, and acknowledge that it’s only your way of looking at it.  Or it may be that they will be tired after they speak about their loved one and want some alone time.   Just let them know you’re there for them and that you enjoy their company no matter what you talk about. 
 
6th So remember to focus your intentions on being a support. Just be present in the moment in your highest Divine frequency and breathe. See them being infused with love and light energy. 
Don’t expect to change or shift someone or coax them into the wonders of higher conscious living with you.  Accept where they are at. 
​You may find though, that when someone experiences the Divine You over time, they will eventually ask how you enjoy life so much and have an inner radiance and wellbeing.  That’s the time to share.
