
Deepaks message is: “This is not ordinary peace of mind or peaceful interactions with others. This is the permanent feeling of peace that comes from the soul itself, and encompasses all the other varieties of peace within it. The Bible refers to it as “the peace of God which passes all understanding.”
Its this peace I allude to when I write about the feeling deep inside that no matter what is happening around you everything is just fine. Not because whats happening is what is meant to happen for your life lessons. It is indeed a sacred connection to divine knowing that all is well.
“God’s in his heaven: All’s right with the world”
As I contemplated this perfect peace today in Deepak’s meditation, the phrase “God’s in his heaven: All’s right with the world” came to my mind. This thought brought about such a feeling of peace for me. However, this led to the awareness that although this 3d view of god could be a contemplative path to perfect peace, it anthropomorphised God – giving “him” human characteristics and considered heaven to be a place separate from the world.
From a higher dimensional perspective we realize there is no separation. God and heaven are energies that are within us and even beyond that, we are those energies creating our reality.
How can you achieve this perfect peace?
When I was a seminarian in the spiritual peacemaking ministry we spent the first year learning to achieve inner peace. Since then my understanding has evolved and I realize you do not have to spend a great deal of time and effort to accomplish this. Since we choose our own reality, you can quantum jump into your preferred reality and choose to BE perfect peace in every now moment. I am having a blast working with clients who want to learn how to do this.
Of course if you prefer to enjoy the journey and process of working towards perfect peace then meditation is definitely one way of connecting with your divine highest self. When you get still, breathe, connect with the ALL That IS and listen to your inner wisdom you can achieve a sense of deep contentment and all encompassing feeling of peace no matter what is occuring in your life. However it can take time to learn how to quiet the monkey mind self talk in order to meditate.
There are a variety of ways to master your thoughts and shift your emotions from overwhelm and fear in order to live a divine life, always in touch with this inner peace. I detail them in my book From Fear to Eternity: 212 Ways to Let Go of Limiting Beliefs and Shift your Energy into Higher Consciousness Living". Some of them are quickies - easy fast ways to shift in the moment.

Process for Managing Your Emotions.
If you suffer the normal ups and downs of our stressful lifestyles, the following process can help you manage your emotions. When you use this process you will shift into higher vibration and you will think more clearly without the clutter that comes with low vibration emotions.
a. Know that no one can make you feel anything. Realize and accept that you create your reality. Different people perceive the same situations with differing emotions.
b. Identify the emotion as specifically as you can. Some people have stuffed their emotions for so many years they don`t even realize they have feelings. When you can consciously name an emotion, you are able to release it more easily.
c. Recognize the story associated with the emotion. What do you think has caused you to feel the way you do? Who might you think you should blame? Unconditionally accept yourself and release the story, remembering that you created it to help you learn or strengthen higher consciousness skills and abilities. Keep the emotion without the story.
d. Honour the emotion by connecting with it and feeling it. Check in and see what physical sensations are attached and where you feel them. Are there any limiting beliefs behind the emotion? Since checking in is a very important practice, I provide information and detailed tools about it in several parts of section three of the book, especially chapter 13.
e. Is there anything you can learn from it? Breathe, relax and allow insights to materialize.
f. Is there any action you need to take? Sometimes it is important to share your emotions with a counsellor, especially if they are related to a significant relationship you wish to maintain and nurture.
g. Create an alternative reality. State a feeling or belief you want to have. Use the manifesting process and accompanying tools, as well as other “how to” techniques and strategies, to have this belief materialize in your life.
You can also achieve inner spiritual peace using what I refer to as Allies such as essential oils, flower essences, animal totems and crystals if you are in synch with concept that their higher frequency energies can raise yours thru vibrational matching. Its fun to connect with these sentient energies and get a sense of how supportive they can be.
Again, since I wrote this book I have found new ways to create a quick shift into your preferred reality using newest brain science and quantum theory.
