It's also a time to pause and look at our life for the past few chaotic months. This is especially meaningful this year. Here are some areas to consider:
* Think of the things you meant to do this summer or this year that are not coming to fruition. The pandemic has changed many plans. There is no point in blaming anything or anyone including yourself for what has come to pass.
* Take stock of how your life has changed. Perhaps you realize that before the pandemic you got off track with your life and were taking part in mind and soul-numbing activities that drained your life energy.
* What is passing from your life? What is over? Say goodbye to it. Allow any feelings of grief, loss, or confusion. Know that, of course, you would experience these given the events of the last few months. Feel compassion for yourself and others. Take time for sweet memories. There may also be good things ending that have brought joy but now are ready to leave space for new positive possibilities.
* What have you harvested this year? What seeds have you planted that have borne fruit? Find a visual way to represent these, perhaps creating a decoration for your house which represents this harvest for you.
* Shift your attention to gratitude. You might wonder what there is to be grateful for. Review the enjoyable moments during this time. It may be small things —Laughter, a tender moment with a loved one - person or pet, finding an item that was in short supply.
* Maybe you see how humanity has come together focusing on the health challenges we have little control over and offering a variety of opportunities that are available thanks to kindness and generosity. Restaurants provided food, health care workers sustained life as much as possible, neighbors checked on each other. Most people honored the stay at home requirements not only to protect themselves but also to give folks at risk a greater chance to maintain their health.
I hope you noticed the blue skies and brighter colors of nature, the quiet with no airplanes, and road noise...
That you heard about creatures reclaiming their cleaner, less populated environments -- the dolphins and swans in Italy's canals, moose and monkeys showing up in towns...
The unbelievable fact that staying home allowed nature to reverse pollution in a short time.
* What other positives have occurred in the last few months that you can focus your attention on? We know we attract what we focus on.
If you pay attention to the good things you will notice more.
* What do you want to harvest between now and the Fall Equinox? You may wish to consider achieving and maintaining a high-frequency vibration so you will attract opportunities that excite and delight you.
* Finally, as you pause, think about the big picture. Don't get into details of how it should look or when it might happen. Daydream — What you would like your life to be like?
What do you want the world to be like?
What does it feel like? Feeling is an important part of the experience. It enhances the high-frequency vibration so you can be in the flow where it feels easy and almost effortless to accomplish what you want to do.
Enjoy Lammas.
