This Friday July 27/Saturday July 28 we are going to experience the longest full moon eclipse of the century. This eclipse will be most powerfully during the totality for 1 hour and 43 minutes! There will be a partial eclipse as well, so the energy will be potent for almost 4 hours. I won’t be able to see it here in Canada since the full eclipse begins at 12:30 PT (3:30 ET), reaches totality at 1:21 PT  (4:21pm ET)  and ends at 2:13 PT (5:13 ET) with a  Partial eclipse occurring at 11:24PT  and ending at 3:19 pm PT.  If you live in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America you may be able to see it.  Check out the Eclipse Calculator HERE to see what times it is for you & if will be able to see it where you live.

Astronomy Factoids
A total lunar eclipse happens when the earth takes position in a straight line between the moon and sun. That blocks the direct sunlight that normally makes the moon glow. When these 3 celestial bodies are perfectly lined up the earth’s atmosphere scatters blue light from the sun while bending red light onto the moon giving it its name blood moon. You can use binoculars to see a close up view of the moon.  You will also be able to see Mars as a bright star because it is at its closest point to the earth of the year.  It might have a bit of a reddish tinge too.  I read one article which suggests that you “moon bake” or do a ceremony during the eclipse to honour and take in the energy. 

Astrological Possibilities
Also at this eclipse, there are six planets in retrograde, the sun is in Leo and the moon in Aquarius.  Astrologically there are those who predict gloom and doom, but since I practice divine living I’ll be sharing those high vibeing possibilities you can choose from.  Tune into the portal of this eclipse and make an evolutionary leap along with many others who are ready to do so.

With the Sun in Leo it can be a fun carefree time while everything on earth changes for the better.  The July full moon is also known as blessing moon since now is a time when plants flowers and the summer crops are abundant. Roll out those hazy, lazy days of summer. Those days when you can relax and reflect on the good things in your life. 
 
The moon in Aquarius can lead to expanding into even higher consciousness, bringing idealistic innovative dreams or evolutionary ideas into fruition, and revelling in the exciting changes that will occur.  Aquarius is a non-conformist sign which encourages doing the unexpected, ignoring past patterns and structures and moving into the newest moreness of the beyond.  Celebrate what makes you divinely different from the other 7 billion humans on the planet. 

​You can align your actions with your divine life energy, and your original soul creation, find clarity and new answers in your thoughts and emotions and allow your desires to flow easily and effortlessly to you. ​Eclipse Energy and Lucky Friday the 13th. 

The Eclipse Cycle. 
Today at 6:48 pm PDT is the first partial solar eclipse of three eclipses taking place this summer.  If you live in the UK and Europe it will occur on Friday the 13th.  I want to share some ideas of how to best utilize the energy of this eclipse, provide a heads up about the other eclipses and discuss the significance of the lucky Friday 13th we have the opportunity of enjoying tomorrow.

 Although the eclipse is only visible in parts of southern Australia, New Zealand and Antarctica, we can feel its effects energetically anywhere in the world.  Eclipses offer an opportunity to become aware of any thoughts or emotions that have been obscured by other matters attracting your attention.

As always, this solar eclipse occurs in conjunction with a new moon, so it is an opportunity for transformation and manifesting by using your highest frequency, universal divine power within to set your intentions for the next six months.  However the seeds you plant with your intentions will be most powerful until August 11, the final eclipse in this cycle.   As you set your personal intentions, remember to consider how these will assist you to make an impact in the world.  Align your energy with other highly conscious, spiritually savvy people in our Divine U Tribe and others wanting to make a positive difference in the world.  
  
Your emotions may be running high because of the intense energy.  Can you feel the excitement of limitless potential?   Be ready to tap into the solar portal and bring in the super-power of the sun to nurture and energize yourself, all your relations, your environment and the earth.   Look for opportunities to begin new personal or work projects and to co-create the reality you want with your friends, family and coworkers. 

 The second eclipse will be Friday July 27. A total lunar eclipse, the blood moon will be the longest of the century   It is called a blood moon because the gases in the earth’s atmosphere cause the red spectrum to be bent towards the moon causing us to see that reddish colour.  This eclipse will be seen in the UK, Australia, Europe, South America, West Africa and Central Asia to Eastern Africa.   

The final partial solar eclipse on August 11 will pass over parts of Europe and Asia.    This cluster of three eclipses is somewhat unusual as eclipses usually come in pairs.  But the timing is now right for the 34 day eclipse season since the first new moon occurs early enough in the cycle for a lunar and solar eclipse to follow.

So tune in and tap into the energy tonight and be aware of the powerful cycle in the few weeks.  


 Why is Friday the 13th LUCKY?   

A long time ago when our foremothers were honoured, when the Goddess was revered, Friday and the number 13 were seen in a positive sacred light. Today in some cultures and traditions 13 is still an auspicious number
.
It is significant in many ways. There are 13 moons in a year. Many cultures used the lunar calendar and some religious holidays are still based on it.  The Maya believe there are 13 heavens and built many of their pyramids to reflect this.  Chinese women serve 13 mooncakes during their lunar New Year celebrations.  The Jewish religion has 13 tenants of the faith and boys are considered to be adults when they have their bar mitzvahs at age 13.  Wiccans believe that the best number for a coven is 13. Ancient Egyptians believed life has 13 stages, the last being the transition we make to eternal life.  

The time when a woman is experiencing her ‘moon’ or menstrual cycle has long been seen as her very powerful time.  I was at a first nation’s medicine wheel ceremony a few years ago where any woman on her moon was expected to stay in a special tent, was served food and drink and learned from the wise women about this powerful time.   During the giveaway ceremony we went to a place apart from the general attendees and received extra giveaways. 

Although in numerology 13 becomes the number 4, some say 13 is the number of transformation in the tarot deck, 13 has also been associated with blood, fertility and lunar power.      
   
Fridays are based on the goddess of creation in Norse mythology Freya.  Friday is Freya’s day.  The French and Italian days Vendredi; Venerdi   (Friday) is based on Venus’ (the goddess of love) day.


So despite the beliefs that number 13 and Friday the 13th are unlucky, I choose to look at the positive evidence that it is a sacred number associated with the lunar calendar and the day honours our Mother Earth and sacred femininity.  I also believe that the time of sacred masculinity and femininity as dualistic concepts has come and gone, especially for those of us who choose to live in divine higher consciousness.  We have integrated each of the sacred qualities that were held as separate for so long and can choose to use them as tools, strengths to use as the situation calls for them.

I hope you choose to celebrate the lucky higher vibeing aspects of Friday the 13th with a little meditation or celebration of the Goddess energy, knowing in the new golden age of consciousness,You are the Divine Source.

I recently asked my Divine You Facebook friends to tell me what they’d like me to talk about on my videos.   One response was to say more about the divinity of trees.   I wonder if that friend knows I could talk about trees for at least an hour!    As a result I am going to do at least two quick videos which I will expand on here.  
Have you ever thought about talking to or listening to trees?   If you have seen some of the posts I’ve shared about trees you will know there have been studies indicating trees have heartbeats and  according to author, Manly P Hall in his book Secret Teachings of All Ages: ‘The worship of trees as proxies of Divinity was prevalent throughout the ancient world. Temples were often built in the heart of sacred groves. In many instances, the trees themselves were believed to possess the attributes of divine power and intelligence. The beauty, dignity, massiveness and strength of oaks, elms and cedars led to their adoption as symbols of power, integrity, permanence, virility and divine protection.’
In my shamanic studies I learned to seek out Grandfather and Grandmother Tree; the oldest and usually biggest tree in an area and ask permission to do ceremony its land. Standing quietly in front of it, I tap into its divinity and miraculousness.   I know firsthand the sentience of trees and adore connecting to them. 
I’ve seen and felt how trees support each other as one is dying and has fallen across a healthy strong tree.  I have heard the sounds of the branches rubbing together as it tells its story of the magnificent happenings it has witnessed in its life.  

I have often sought the solace of trees when I have been experiencing anxiety.  One time when I was having a panic attack I stood with my back against a tree and asked it to offer me assistance.  Thru clairaudience I “heard” it tell me to feel my roots stretching deep into the ground and to feel how solid I was just like the feel of the tree at my back.  I also felt my blood flowing more slowly much like sap on an early spring day.   As the anxiety abated the tree told me to stretch my arms towards the sky and connect with father sun, and the heart of the sky.  I breathed more easily and felt my body relax flexible and strong.  
The next time you are outside look around for a tree that catches your attention.  It likely wants to make a connection.  Stand in silence, opening up your heart and mind and greet the tree.  Wait and see what the response is.  Breathe in the Oxygen it offers you and offer it your carbon dioxide outbreath.  Become One with your breathing.   Know the sacredness of the space the two of you are in. 
You may hear a voice, you may notice the wind picking up and the tree rubbing its branches together or seeming to wave its branches at you.  Have a conversation, even if you think it’s your imagination.   If it’s a grandfather or grandmother tree you may wish to speak with respect letting it know you honour and respect it.  Tell it what you are grateful for, speaking from your heart.  Ask it to tell you what it has seen over the years in that spot, or to tell you a significant moment.  If you don’t hear anything intuitively, observe and see if it seems to be pointing something for you to see.  I’ve had trees drop seed, pinecones, or other leaves when there was absolutely no wind.   
Younger trees may be livelier.  I’ve had younger trees that remind me of a frisky puppy respond enthusiastically when I greet them.  They may be more focused on their own growth as opposed to observing what occurs around them.
If you feel moved to touch them, ask permission and notice all the subtle nuances happening.  Start with the outside, the bark and then connect on a deeper level. You can feel their connection to the past and present.  Access their wisdom and divinity.  Feel the spiritual mystical pull of their magnificence.    Don’t forget to thank the tree after your interactions.
Trees are a wonder-full example of the cycle of the seasons and of life. They act as reminders to do ceremony for the solstices and equinoxes.  In the spring, depending on where you live, you can see the buds beginning to emerge on the branches in time for the spring equinox in March.  In the summer when the days are longest at the June Solstice the leaves are lush and the tree hides surprises for us to view when the wind waves its branches. We can feel the life flowing thru the trees and relate that to our own growth and energy.   In the fall the trees show off their brilliant colours as they dance and fall to the ground at the autumn equinox.  And at the December Solstice when we may be feeling ready to cocoon and have some personal time, we can see thru the bare branches of the deciduous trees as they gift us views that we don’t have to search for. 
So Yes, Trees are divine and you will increase your experience of yourself as a Divine Being as you interact and connect with Tree Source.  ​

 A  consciousness creator friend  wrote a post about more today which excited me greatly!   I love moreness. 

It was a big part of my book Beyond the Infinite Doorway. Transcendent Journeys for the Emergent Soul.
One of the main characters, Haesa Vosa comes to people who ask "What more is there? " “I AM, she tells one of the clients  “Before creation, beyond words and concepts, in the pulsing stillness I exist, waiting for you to connect ... to ask, what more is there to everything in life and beyond our imaginations? Waiting for you be ready to transcend from being a highly spiritual human to being a more infinite soul BE-ing. I am here at your call.”

Another main character, the WayShower is "the epitome of moreness, where the infinite seeks itself in ever greater forms and expression."

To me moreness is a concept rather than a word. It's new information and energy. It's a huge idea.  Everything has moreness. There are no boundaries in limitless infinity.  There is always something beyond what we can see or imagine. like there is more than one Omniverse.  Omni means everything but there is always more. 

My friend Dorothy West  says "Moreness for me refers to the constant expansion of everything. In each moment of now, the universe and people and consciousness and thought and life is expanding - constantly unfolding and becoming. That momentum and the assuredness of it is moreness."

Soleira Green also includes the idea that Moreness is "Limitlessness in motion." 

​Discovering the moreness involves looking  beyond the obvious into the llimiltess to find out what has never been conceived of. It often is the newest information and energy coming in from the beyond.  It's beyond the creative commons consciousness in the ethers where most people get their ideas and inventions.  


How do you get there?
By getting into the highest divine vibration you are able to.  You get there by intending to find more. By opening to your energy as a Source being.   Begin with the question "what is more?"  Get the information or energetic feel and then ask what is more than that so that each more is superseded by even greater, more spectacular iterations. Then if possible link up with others who are seeking to know what's more.  The synergy of all the players will create even more, more.  
 


My friend Esther Leek, who I mentioned in the opening sentence describes how to be More so divinely.  
"Source is about receiving the understanding of You and Becoming More. Always becoming More. So there is your practical application. Become more in this moment. Become more in your past. Become more in your future. Become a More that will last. Become more as your bank account. Become more as your job. Become more as a presence. Become more with speed. Become more with certainty. Become more with need. Become more in your experiences. Become more in what you share. Become more in the slightest. Become more in the depth. Become more in your knowings. Become more in your shoes. Become more in your footsteps. Become more for your news. Become more in your voice. Become more in your Love. Become more instantaneously. Become more so much that more More starts following you around. Let More hitchhike in your car and borrow your bike. Let More cook dinner tomorrow or make dessert tonight. Let More buy new luggage and make all sorts of plans. 
For each time you consciously become more, you ignite a thousand strands of light, create hundreds of stars, besiege all beings with millions of new options for expression and receive all of that Newness into yourself as the Source of it all.”

I so resonate with Sharon Lyn Shepard's take on healing.  I too gave up my healing practice, realizing there is no need to heal when you live in high divine frequency.  As a friend of mine recently said, 'It's not that you don't get sick when you live as an infinite (divine) being.  Its just you enjoy it."   To me that means you have a different perspective.   So Enjoy Sharon's blog and see what your perspective and your Divine Hum is. 



Okay, I’ll say this right up front. This is going to push a few buttons for people. That’s okay, because unless those buttons get pushed, they get stuck in the ON position running on constant repeat. So here goes. If this pushes your button, you can either jump in there and stick it back on repeat with some duct tape, or you can simply allow it to play itself out with ease and grace.

This is something I’ve been experiencing most of my life, especially since I began my spiritual journey. We’ve been indoctrinated into thinking there’s something wrong with us. And then we create an abundance of stories to validate that. Once we spiritually awaken, we go deep diving into our psyches to excavate and heal all these perceived wounds.

I’ve worked as a physical therapist, alternative healer, and spiritual coach. What I’ve discovered is that those who truly choose to heal, do. And those who are still caught up with that button pushed flat out in the ON position, don’t. At some point I had to ask, is there no end to these stories? Do we ever reach a point in which we are “healed”? If so, how do we do that?

I ran across this passage from John O’Donahue this morning and it spoke volumes to me. Perhaps his words may touch a place in your soul that speaks to you as well:
“People in our hungry modern world are always scraping at the clay of their hearts. They have a new thought, a new plan, a new syndrome, that now explains why they are the way they are. They have found an old memory that opens a new wound. They keep on relentlessly, again and again, scraping the clay away from their own hearts. In nature we do not see trees, for instance, getting seriously involved in therapeutic analysis of their root systems or the whole stony world that they had to avoid on their way to the light. Each tree grows in two directions at once, into the darkness and out to the light with as many branches and roots as it needs to embody its wild desires.
Negative introspection damages the soul. It holds many people trapped for years and years, and ironically, it never allows them to change. It is wise to allow the soul to carry on its secret work in the night side of your life. You might not see anything stirring for a long time. You might have only the slightest intimations of the secret growth that is happening within you, but these intimations are sufficient.” ~ John O’Donohue: Excerpt from ANAM CARA~

I have no judgment here for anyone’s particular path, for every soul offers wisdom, and we’ve each chosen to experience things for our own soul’s growth. I’m simply sharing my own personal experience. And perhaps shining a light on a few stuck buttons.

At some point in my life, I got so fatigued with attempting to heal myself and others that I just walked away. I gave up my healing practice and stopped coaching others. I decided there must be an easier way. For the divine within me doesn’t know suffering. And that’s how I chose to live, free of suffering, with the natural ease and grace of life.

Over the years, I played a lot of spiritual shenanigans. Some of them worked to some degree but they were nothing more than games of the mind. Yes, I choose to focus on the good in life rather than the bad. You know, the law of attraction and such as that. There are those who think that’s putting your head in the sand and ignoring all the bad stuff. But, I’m not one who is constantly reaching for the artificially rose-colored glasses.

What I finally realized is that noticing the joy and beauty of life is my natural way of BEing. It’s how the Divine experiences life. It’s the truth of Who I Am, and I was simply getting caught up in the collective consciousness.

Thus, I walked away from all of it and simply called in the Divine. My buttons started popping like crazy. Once I became aware of them, I had to surrender a lot of my usual habits and patterns. It hasn’t always been comfortable, because it means I no longer fit into society’s idea of right and wrong. And stepping out of that requires immense courage because most of the people around us prefer that we remain as they’ve always known us to be.

But after awhile, I noticed a new hum in my life. It’s the hum of Well-being. It’s the hum of the Divine. It’s the hum of my natural way of being. All I need do is remain attuned to this hum, my hum, my authentic Self. I’m aware that the void, or the darkness, is the womb where all my potentials and desires are birthed. I don’t hesitate to spend time in my womb of potentials, I relish it. When I do, new dreams and desires flow into my life with ease and grace.

Yes, there are times when a formerly undisclosed button gets pushed. When it does, I say, Bravo! Because it means more of Who I Am is being revealed to me. But I don’t go deep diving beneath that button to see what pain initiated it, or what I need do to heal it or clear it. I simply allow the button to release itself of its own accord, unraveling all the circuitry that’s been connected to it over the years. All I need do is get out of the way and allow it to clear.

Easy Peasy!

And that’s how life is meant to be lived!
More than that, life is meant to be FUN!

Some say I live in the magic of life. I say magic is natural, and it’s the way life is meant to be! For this is the way of the Divine. And this is the lifetime in which we have chosen to realize that we are Divinely Human.

​One of the benefits of living in highest frequency as the Divine You is that you usually have clarity about your next step or decision.  You’ve learned that often that’s all you need to know and take action on.   If you don’t have that clarity, you realize it’s not the appropriate time for a decision and you can let ideas brew while you ask yourself,  “What’s the next enjoyable thing I want to do. “  Then go do that.
 
Yesterday was U R So Divine Thursday, and I was fussing a bit about the fact I couldn’t sit down and write this blog.  I wasn’t moved to write about anything!  Nothing wanted to be written about.  I wasn’t clear and focused on a topic.   So I decided to go with the energy and go about my day, knowing when the time was right I would be in tune with what I wanted to write.  
 
Sure enough today I felt playful and the topic of fun ways to make a clear decision came up.   

Of course, first you have to ensure you are in a high frequency as the Divine You.   You have your own unique way of doing that and you can also always fall back on visioning something that brings a feeling of delight, bliss and ecstasy.  It could be a place or an object, something that brings only joy. 

Then you focus on what you want to make a decision on.  You will probably have a few options in mind.  Maybe its as simple as what to eat that is in resonance with your body, or what gift to select for someone. Maybe it's which is the quickest way to drive to an appointment and your GPS isn’t working.  It’s always good begin by practicing and playing with something that won’t ultimately make a difference in a year or so. 
 
Next, connect with the situation.  In the case of those above, with your body, your friend, or the roadways.   Feel their sentient energy, become one.  Let go of the outcome and finally ask a question without expectations for possible answers and see what comes up.  It might be a word, image, feeling or some other sensory perception. 

That may be enough to clarify your decision.  However once in a while it isn’t the appropriate time or   you don’t have time to wait, and you really want an answer. 

Play with Divining the Answer
Here’s where the fun part comes in.  Try one or two of these ‘divination’ techniques.  Keep in mind that you need to have no attachment to, or expectation about the outcome.

1. Use your body as a pendulum   If possible hold on to some of the options.  This will work if you are in a food market or gift store.   First ask your body to show you yes and no without a question in mind.  Most people move forward or back.  Some side to side.   Then hold on to an option and ask if it’s the best according to whatever criteria you set…..  For your bodies greatest good, for your friends greatest enjoyment and use or in the case of getting to your appointment, hold it in your mind and ask your body to show you yes to a variety of routes asking Is this the safest and quickest?

2. If you know how to muscle test using  the index finger and thumb on one hand to make an o ring and then using the index finger  and thumb on the other hand to pull apart the original ring made by your finger and thumb when you ask the question using the same criteria. Get the feel for it by asking your original fingers to hold strong and check how easy or difficult it is to pull the original ring apart.  Then ask a question with a yes or no answer that you know.  Eg.  My name is____.   For this method  it is best if you have something you can put under your arm or sit down with it on your lap…. Somewhere touching you. 

3. Finally perhaps the most fun is flipping a coin. Heads its best, tails it’s a no go.   This works for deciding lots of things.  Whether you ‘should’ go on a trip, buy that dress that’s calling your name, whatever.  Its when you are trying to make a decision but your head is getting in the way.   The secret here going with your immediate gut reaction.  Are you thrilled or disappointed when heads comes up.  Does your gut wrench when you get a no?  Don’t let the coin toss make your decision.  Go with your gut. 
There’s a variation  you can play with if you’re with a friend and trying to choose between two or more things. Have her put two behind her back and you point to one hand.  Notice that gut feeling when you see what she has in her hand.  If there’s another item, repeat until you get down to one.  Be sure to notice your feeling when that is shown?  Disappointed?  Maybe none of them were the best. 
 
Anyway,  I hope you enjoy making your next decision by playing with divining an answer.

​Do you find people, children and animals are drawn to you?  Do you go for coffee with a friend, pick a quiet private area where you can have a higher conscious conversation, and before you know it, you are surrounded by people who have decided to sit near you rather than in any of the other empty tables across the room? 
Have you associated that with the fact they like to be in your divine presence? 

One of the gifts of living a divine life is that you are good company.  People have a sense of well-being just being in your presence and those who are on a spiritual path may be given a boost or zing to catalyse their spiritual growth. 

BE the Presence 
That is why just BEing is so powerful.  You don’t have to work as a spiritual teacher or coach.  You can go about your everyday life and by being present, awake, aware and fully conscious of being the All That Is. You can play the bigger game while going about your daily activities. 

Pause and think about this for a moment.  What situations have you been in where you have sensed before entering a room that there is tension or disorder that has shifted after you have been there for a few minutes?   Never noticed how you have made a difference?  Then amp up your awareness and look for evidence of this or other ways you affect change. 

So Tune in, know your power and broadcast your frequency. Set up the energy of the room.  Do this before a meeting.  It’s great if you are the first one there, as everyone coming in will get a boost and it will set the tone.  Consciously lift the frequency to divine wherever you are. 

Observe the Presence 
Also be present to the divine spark of presence in other people with whom you interact.  Look deep into their greatest being and deeply listen as if what they are going to say is the most profound communication you have ever heard.   This respect for their presence demonstrates the intention of the Namaste greeting.  “The god in me sees and reveres and god in you”.  You become a mirror for their own divine self to show up.  Be aware of the possibility that that one interaction with you can set them on a different path as they send out a request to the universe to experience more of what you give them. 

That is one way you can create a higher divine flow or streaming state for yourself. 

I had an amazing technicolor sound and lighting dream last night. The kind where you get up to the washroom and go back into the dream again and again.. 
Ultimately when I woke up, I saw how I was a dreamer like a significant person in my life whom I had tried to understand for many years.

​And this came to me as I thought about what to write for a blog today.
