I worked with Angels, Ascended Masters and allies and helpers, I shared how you could connect with them.
In the section on Allies and Helpers I suggested helpers were not sentient because they only had a specific function and at the time I didn't realize you could communicate with them to set an intention. I thought only if an item could discern and co-create the focus of their energy for the greatest and highest outcome of the individual they were working with, then they were sentient allies. I realize now that although the energies I identified as helpers may have one specific frequency and function that would apply to everyone, they are still co-creating with me and I can communicate with their energy. So there is no difference between helpers and allies.
I also suggested that after you connected with Allies you worked with them as separate beings. In the five years since my book was published, the energy has shifted and animals, trees and allies are coming forward and offering to communicate with us rather than waiting for us to go to them.
It recently occurred to me that since we are all ONE that we can incorporate our energies together and have that knowledge power and ability inherent within. We no longer have to consult with angels and ascended masters, and allies as we have direct immediate access to the information. However, it is still a joy to interact with them. We can ask them to share their energetic vibration and frequency and abilities to become part of our expanded infinite conscious essence. I selected an excerpt on crystals and power animals for you to try this week. I also want to encourage you to play with their magical and mystical essences.
Crystals
One of the areas of energy I was passionate about when I wrote "From Fear to Eternity" was using the frequencies of stones and crystals for alchemical transformation. There are many books available which describe each stone’s personal energy and many metaphysical properties. I have experienced their sentience in many ways, including being guided to use a specific stone in a circumstance when the usual properties do not apply and hearing about that rare application later.
Stones and crystals can be used for many purposes, but to me the highest conscious use in Divine Living is really about enhancing high vibration energy, and connecting to All That Is.
"All solid matter is made up of atomic particles arranged in some definite crystalline structure. Certain crystals can act as resonators and transducers of electromagnetic energy. It is quite likely that we would be able to demonstrate that they can transform or amplify other forms of energy, if scientific equipment were sophisticated enough.
The human body is made up of many crystal-like structures. It follows then, that we have an especially resonant connection with minerals and crystals. We can assimilate their energy and interact with it; therefore they can be very helpful allies to change our vibration.
Minerals in the earth vibrate with a specific frequency. Some minerals have a very specific energy and a narrow range of vibration. Others carry a much more extended range of energy. Crystals and stones carry the entire spectrum of light energy available to us. The lower frequency energies resonate with the physical realm and the high frequencies are associated with spirituality. They basically work by entrainment; your energy is brought into alignment or resonance with the stones. Robert Simmons, in his ‘Book of Stones’, explains two things that happen when we come in contact with stones and crystals. "First, the electromagnetic frequencies, carried by that stone will vibrate with related frequencies in our own energy field through the physical law of resonance, creating a third larger field of vibration." This information is sent to the brain causing bio-chemical shifts in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual systems. "Second, tiny particles of minerals in your body which also carry that frequency will move into resonance with the particles of minerals in the stone. This causes your body to believe that you actually have more of that material in your body, and it will react accordingly with additional biochemical shifts."

Anything physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual that I discuss in my book has a crystal or stone which can enhance or diminish it. Power Animals
Another type of ally is used by many indigenous people and shamanic practitioners. They believe you can call on different animals to help you develop an attribute you wish to cultivate. Animals, birds, insects and water creatures have specific energies. So do trees, plants, feathers and other natural items. This is another specialized field of knowledge that is useful when you want to increase your vibration and move into higher consciousness. Once again, with the shift in energies in the last few years, consider connecting and asking your power animals to share their energetic vibration and frequency and abilities and to integrate it as part of your expanded infinite conscious essence, rather than just asking for their assistance.

One excellent source are any books by the late Ted Andrews I really enjoy looking up the energetic attributes of animals and birds and insects that I see in dreams or in the wild. It’s amazing the synchronicity that occurs between the creatures I see right when I have situations they can help me with.
If you live in an urban area where there is little wildlife, there are also different sets of Oracle cards which can magnetize the energy and assist you to determine which power animal is best for you to integrate with to address a particular need.
