Once in a while people who have been on their divine path for some time.....Consciously advanced people ... find that there are still one or two lower density situations that still come up from time to time. Movement is even handier as a tool to have in your back pocket then.
Its likely that you have followed the traditional spiritual growth journey in the old pre 2012 energy: letting go of old beliefs and habits, feeling sure you have let go, not focusing on them, surrendering lower density energy to the universe
But I'm sure you've noticed how much more freedom we have in the last few years. We don't need to work on a process. Great outcomes just happen when we go with the flow, without particular goals or action plans. When people say they still have the same issues come up, I tell them "Relax..... Its just a dense old program surfacing that needs to be uninstalled. You really don't need to examine it.
As a Divine Being its important not to think of it in terms of problem and solution. See what fantastic opportunity its pointing you too. Get into the highest conscious awareness you can and see it from there.
You may quickly reflect without feeling or judgement on whether a situation is returning because you did not love it when you were in it or when you were letting go. Remember If you want a new job because you dislike your job, you likely won’t get it even if you use all the manifestation skills you know. You have to find something about your job you truly love so you can be in higher vibration at work. Then you will easily attract a vibrational match.... a higher vibration job! Or you might be called to do something entirely different like many of my friends who are becoming digital nomads..... living in different places in the world and doing what they love remotely.
There are occasionally times when consciously aware people move into lower vibration. The benefit to living most often in higher vibration consciousness is that they understand from their past experience in the older energy, the metaphysical aspects and the universal laws. They know they create their reality and the possible reasons they are reacting to their situation. They know that feeling their emotions is essential and they allow what needs to happen to occur. They have also learned more self love, and don’t beat themselves up when they are in a lower vibration. Since they are accustomed to feeling the excitement, well being and verve of living in high vibration despite whatever chaos is going on around them they move back into higher frequency much more quickly than a less experienced person. They just remember their new vibrational set point of bliss and the wonder of the world around them.
One way to make the shift back is to move.
Movement is a tool
If you find yourself experiencing a dense recurring issue or life situation.... move. Focus on something else. Change your position; walk around the room, into another room; dance, twirl. The result is an instant shift to a higher frequency. It also opens the heart, which makes it easier to move into higher-conscious awareness.
As I have mentioned in other blog posts, your nervous system runs in habitual, well-worn patterns called neural pathways. When you change your response a new path forms. This is sometimes referred to as rewiring your brain.
I have heard it said that to increase your vibration you need to activate the right brain, which is responsible for creative thinking, as well as your heart space.
Writing is one body-mind activity that creates new neural pathways to establish and integrate higher vibration beliefs more quickly. It's moving your body in a specific way. Singing and freestyle movement are two other activities which dramatically increase one’s vibration and shift one’s focus. All these activities can act as portals to the intuitive right brain. One of my great consciousness creator friends Becky Brittain who teaches university courses, also uses authentic movement in her coaching practice
So to recap: Cell memory is created, enhanced and embedded through the focus of your energy and by writing, singing, dancing or other body-mind activities. Once your cells hold the memories of freedom, vitality, love, joy and peace, which you experience in higher-conscious reality, you can choose to call up these feelings at any time. These techniques have worked for me, and a number of friends and colleagues who have been in situations lately where they would have been really anxious and despairing without knowing their Divine Self. Now they have a deep inner sense of certainty that everything will be alright. They are expanding into their divine brilliance even more as they tune into the wonder of creation in every moment.
If you want some direction for conscious playful movement, here goes.
Breathe, and relax -- feel your muscles get heavy. Let your body be heavy with relaxation just like you learned to do in the last blog.
Start to move slowly, gently swaying
Now move however your body wants you to. You might feel like stretching or twirling, whatever you are feeling intuitively.
You could even ask your body how it wants to move, and if you don’t trust your intuition yet, imagine what your body is saying.
After a couple of minutes, march in place. How does that compare? Have your vibrations shifted from the movement you were doing before?
Now twirl around. You can do this very slowly if you are prone to
dizziness or poor balance.
Sufi’s who twirl go into a trancelike ecstasy from the movement they do. There is a song, by a metaphysical singer I love. Her Name is Kirtania. One line goes “Now I know why the Sufi’s whirl, it’s very hard to rest. With all this love burning inside my chest”
Now move as if you were a king or queen or head of state. Does that seem funny or ironic? Movement and laughter have synchronistic effects on your vibration
Walk eagerly over to something in your room that you haven’t taken the time to appreciate for a while. Check in with your physical mental emotional and spiritual status. Be aware of your vibrational level. This is a good way to clear your home of things you are no longer a vibrational match for.
Now saunter over to a window and enjoy the view Connect with something outside say hello by sending it energy. Feel it return the energy.
Return to your original spot and take a deep breath. Relax anything that became tense. Open your eyes if they were closed.
Consciously think about your movement 3 times today and check in to observe if your vibes change. Then continue practicing daily so you can call this high frequency up from your memory when you’re in a situation where it would be unusual if you up and started to move.
