This practice will move you into higher vibration energy where you can come up with healthy solutions to interact with people and experiences that may otherwise drag you into lower vibration reaction.
When you are in a situation where you want to respond as your Divine self:
1. Imagine that you are standing across the room and observing your “self`s” actions, compassionately, in an unconditionally accepting manner.
2. Notice how you feel as the watcher. Is your stomach tight? Is there a lump in your throat? Is your breathing shallow?
If your watcher experiences these symptoms, it is emotionally attached to the situation.
3. In this case, become the Observer watching the watcher. Observe that first watcher, notice its physical signs, then check in with yourself as the Observer - watching the watcher. You will likely notice that as the Observer, you are an impartial viewer with no anxiety.
4. From this perspective you can choose your highest conscious responses and actions for the best divine outcome for all involved
