How has your daily relaxation practice of been going? Are you able to breathe in, just think about an area and relax it as you breathe out? If so you are ready for part two where we relax larger muscle and organ groups.
Begin by once again finding a comfortable place to recline. Cover yourself with a light blanket. and use headphones to adjust the sound to a comfortable volume.
It also helps to have a drink of water before, but not too much to fill your bladder ;)
