Here's how you can sustain a high vibeing frequency and feel groovy by trying these tips for being grateful throughout your day.
- Be grateful for what you have; income, your bed, shelter, enough clothes, ample food, appliances that work, indoor plumbing....
- Feel sincerely thankful when something good happens --you get a green light, find the perfect gift, scoop a close parking spot, someone helps.
- At bedtime, reflect on the rapturous moments of your day, and feel gratitude for the day’s events, including the bliss of feeling your body sinking into, relaxing and being supported in your cosy bed.
- Be grateful for all your life experiences because they bring you to a point of deep-down joy, and ability to live in higher-conscious vibration, knowing that all is right in your world, no matter what chaos occurs in the 3D illusion
